"Very dissatisfied with service. Someone removed our drive safe and save discount without our knowledge. Charged us almost 400 in one month when the premium was 160. My fiancée had to call the office and got a quick oh you unenrolled and they hung up with her within 2 mins of answering the phone. Gave her zero help. So she called the main line. Main line helped a lot more but said for the refund for the extra paid we would have to talk to the office. She called again and they were not helping her correctly. As the car owner I took the phone and stated clearly I was not satisfied with the service and wanted to speak immediately with the agent as I was not happy with her office and I needed the refund back. The man on phone from the office told I could not speak to the agent and I could not get a refund. I told I would cancel my policy if he did not let me talk to her. He said to cancel it then and I ended the phone call. Only come to this agent if you want awful office staff who do not care about you or your money and restrict access to the agent."
